ADHD Brain OS is a digital product: a downloadable ZIP with PDF planners (A4 and US Letter), a spreadsheet tracker (Google Sheets / Excel) and an AI prompt pack. Nothing is shipped. The price shown at checkout includes VAT where applicable. Payment is handled by Stripe. After payment you get the download link straight away on the confirmation page and by email.
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use and print the files for yourself. You may not resell, share, redistribute or republish the files, in whole or in part, or use them in a commercial product.
Every paid product sold on this site (ADHD Brain OS, Money & Paperwork Reset and the bundle) comes with a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't right for you, for any reason, reply to your purchase email or write to euscarlato@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full price to your original payment method. No questions asked, and you don't need to delete or return anything. Refunds are processed through Stripe; it usually takes 5–10 business days for the money to show on your statement.
Consumers in the EU normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once delivery has started, if you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU; Art. 59(1)(o) Italian Consumer Code). At checkout you are asked to give this consent before you pay. Once the download is available, the legal right of withdrawal no longer applies, but the voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee above still does.
This does not affect your legal rights if the product is faulty. If a file is missing, corrupted or does not match its description, email us within 14 days of purchase with your order email. We will send working files. If we can't fix the problem, we will give you a full refund. Within the first 14 days you can of course simply use the money-back guarantee.
ADHD Brain OS is a productivity and organisation tool. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial advice. It does not diagnose, treat or cure ADHD or any other condition, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. The Brain Profile quiz describes everyday patterns and is not a clinical assessment. AI tools can make mistakes, so use your own judgement.
We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the product, except where the law does not allow such limitation (for example, intent or gross negligence).
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
